1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our online system.

 

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental date will receive a 50% refund.

 

• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

• Please provide at least 72 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your session.

​

• One complimentary reschedule is included with your booking.

​

• Additional reschedule requests may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

​

• Sessions must be rescheduled within 90 days of the original session date, subject to availability.

​​

Late Rescheduling

• Requests made with less than 72 hours' notice may result in the loss of your retainer or a rescheduling fee, unless the reason is due to illness, an emergency, or severe weather.

2. Studio Use & Rules

• The rental period includes setup and breakdown time. Additional time will be charged at the hourly rate.

 

• The studio must be used only for photography and videography purposes unless prior approval is obtained.

​​

• Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

​​

• Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to respect other tenants in the building.

​​

• Clients are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings.

​

3. Equipment & Props

• Use of studio lights, backdrops, and other equipment is considered an Add-On.

 

• Equipment must be handled with care. Any damage will be charged at replacement cost.

 

• Clients may bring their own equipment, but the studio is not responsible for storage or security.

4. Cleaning & Damages

• The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. A cleaning fee may be charged if excessive mess is left behind.

 

• Any damages to the studio or equipment must be reported immediately. The renter is liable for repair or replacement costs.

​

5. Liability & Insurance

• The studio is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items.

 

• Renters are encouraged to have liability insurance if using the space for commercial shoots.

​

6. Overtime Policy

• Overtime is charged at the hourly rate and is subject to availability.

​

7. Agreement & Compliance

• By booking the studio, the renter agrees to comply with all policies stated above.

 

• Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges or denial of future bookings.
