Cancellation Policy
. Rental Hours & Fees The venue is available for rental at a rate of $100 per hour. Rental time includes setup and cleanup, so please plan accordingly. 2. Reservation & Deposit Requirements A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event will not incur additional charges beyond the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to full rental charges. 4. Rules for Conduct, Setup, and Cleanup Renters are responsible for their guests’ behavior and must ensure compliance with all venue rules. Setup and cleanup must occur within the reserved rental time. All decorations must be free-standing; no nails, tacks, or adhesives may be used on venue surfaces. The venue must be returned to its original condition; failure to clean may result in additional cleaning fees. 5. Insurance & Liability The renter assumes all responsibility for any damage to the venue or its contents during the rental period. The venue is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event. Depending on the nature of the event, renters may be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the venue as an additional insured party. 6. Special Restrictions Outside catering is allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue and within 25 feet of entrances a $1000 fine will be imposed. Noise levels must comply with local ordinances and should not disrupt neighboring businesses or residents. Alcohol service must comply with local laws and may require permits or licensed bartenders if served.
