Cancellation Policy

🎈 Bouncy House Rental Policy Thank you for choosing our bouncy house rental! To ensure a fun and safe experience, please review and agree to the following rental policy: 📆 Reservations & Payments A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rental date. Full payment is due 24 hours before the event. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments (CashApp, Zelle, etc.). 🚚 Delivery & Setup Delivery, setup, and takedown are included for locations within 20 miles. A travel fee applies beyond that. Please ensure the setup area is clear of debris, sharp objects, and pet waste. Surface must be flat (grass, turf, or pavement). No gravel or sloped areas. We require a standard power outlet within 100 ft. Generator rentals are available upon request. ☁️ Weather Policy For safety reasons, we do not operate in high winds, rain, or extreme heat. If bad weather is forecasted, you may reschedule your rental at no charge. If the equipment has already been delivered, no refunds or rescheduling will be allowed. 👶 Safety Rules Adult supervision is required at all times. Ages 3–12 only. No adults, teens, or toddlers under 3. No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, or pets inside the bouncer. Limit of 6 children at a time. No flips, wrestling, or roughhousing allowed. 🧼 Cleaning & Damage All equipment is cleaned and sanitized before each rental. Please return the bouncy house in the same condition it was delivered. Any damage caused by misuse or neglect may result in additional charges. 📝 Liability We are not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur during the rental period. The renter assumes full responsibility for all guests and agrees to the safety rules.
